Terms of Use
All use of Northrock Safety Equipment Pte Ltd’s (“Northrock Safety”) website pages at northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Any use of northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg constitutes that the user ("You") agrees to be bound by the following terms & conditions and all disclaimers and terms & conditions that appear anywhere else on northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg .
Northrock Safety reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
Northrock Safety Information may not be reproduced, transmitted or distributed without Northrock Safety's permission.
Northrock Safety makes no guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of or the results to be obtained from accessing and using northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg . Neither Northrock Safety nor its affiliates shall be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg, or for any damages resulting therefrom.
By purchasing from Northrock Safety either through our online stores, our physical stores, our offices, phone calls, emails, faxes, in person or through any of our sales channels, the buyer/user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set by Northrock Safety Equipment Pte Ltd.
Account Registration
You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration processes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person's username, password, or other account information.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not up to date and incomplete or Northrock Safety has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date and incomplete, Northrock Safety has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current future use of Northrock Safety’s service (or any portion thereof).
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account, and you are entirely responsible for all activity made by you or anyone that uses your account. You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact us by emailing security@northrocksafety.com or calling +65 6396 9210. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northrock Safety for losses incurred by Northrock Safety or another party due to someone else using your account as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to safeguard your password.
Reviews, Comments, Communications etc.
Visitors are welcomed to register to post reviews, comments and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam".
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead to its content. Users entering materials on any of northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg pages are responsible for the content of that material. Northrock Safety has no responsibility for the content of any messages or information posted by users, or for the content of information of third-parties on the Internet, even if accessed through northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg pages.
Northrock Safety reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
Northrock Safety has the right to use all material entered into these Web pages (other than third-party material transmitted through private electronic mail) in any of Northrock Safety's print or electronic publications for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you, including the right to use, reproduce, publish, transmit, publicly perform or display, translate, create derivatives works from, or otherwise communicate to the public all the submissions on northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg or elsewhere. You shall not assert any proprietary right or moral right of any kind with respect to any submissions.
The user agrees to indemnify Northrock Safety from any damages, losses, costs or expenses which Northrock Safety, its affiliates, their respective employees and authorized representatives may incur as a result of material entered into these Web pages by the user.
Users may through hypertext or other computer "links" gain access to other sites on the Internet which are not part of Northrock Safety's webpages. Northrock Safety assumes no responsibility for any material outside of the Northrock Safety webpages which may be accessed through any such "link."
Purchase Order
All purchase orders placed to Northrock Safety through northrocksafety.com, northrock.com.sg or any of our sales channels are subject to our acceptance. Purchase order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Northrock Safety will take place on the receipt of the purchased goods by you, and until that time we reserve the right to reject your purchase order. Northrock Safety reserves the right to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfil any purchase order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a purchase order is confirmed by, and paid for by the client, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.
In such event, we shall refund to the customer the price of the goods purchased.
Upon receipt of your purchase order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us when creating your customer account. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you within 2 working days (Mon - Fri 9am - 530pm or Sat 9am - 1230pm) to arrange for the delivery timing and address.

Cancellation of Orders
Northrock Safety reserves the right to refund you the price of any item which has been paid and received by Northrock Safety, even if the relevant Purchase Order has been confirmed and payment has been received by us, in lieu of delivery or supply of such item(s).
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is most important to us. Northrock Safety will accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery and that the returned item(s) must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition
Subject to the conditions below, if within seven calendar days of receiving your order and you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price less delivery/shipping charges.
Returned product must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that in addition to the product(s) themselves, the original product carton, all packaging materials, slip-sheets, warranty statements, manuals, software, and any other ancillary items included with the original product must be returned in like-new condition.
Pls kindly note that Northrock Safety will not be liable for any delivery/shipping charges incurred by the user when returning the item(s).
Procedures For Returning An Item
- Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number by calling Northrock Safety at +65 6396 9210 or email returns@northrocksafety.com . Any shipment returned without an RGA number will be refused.
- Repack the item in its original product carton with all original packaging, enclosures, parts, and accessories.
- Place the repacked product inside a box suitable for shipping.
- Write the RGA number clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the package.
- Pls deliver/ship the return item to the following address:

Pricing
Every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on northrocksafety.com or northrock.com.sg is correct. If an error in the pricing of a product is found, Northrock Safety reserves the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you.
All prices quoted does not include installation unless otherwise stated.
Pictures on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may differ from the pictures on the website.
Goods & Services Tax (GST)
Northrock Safety Equipment Pte Ltd is a GST-registered company in Singapore and all supplies of goods and services will be subjected to the current GST rate.
Export of goods and international services are zero-rated.
Northrock Safety Equipment Pte Ltd's GST-Registration number is 200822414K.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are not inclusive of GST. The GST amount will be shown when during check-out of the shopping cart.
Mode of payment includes Paypal, Credit Card payment (where you are the cardholder of that card or of the Paypal account) , Cash-On-Delivery (COD) or Cheque.
Paypal/Visa/Mastercard/Amex
We currently utilised the Paypal processing gateway for all credit card transactions. The security of your credit card information is paramount to us. Paypal offers a secure way to pay. You can opt to make payment either using your Paypal account or your credit card. On Checkout, you will be taken to a secured webpage on Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may supply credit card information to Paypal on the website and payment will be made through Paypal.
If your Paypal/Credit Card billing address and shipping address differ, or further information is needed from the user, we will email a credit card authorisation form, requesting a copy of photo ID (eg. driving license) and credit card copy to verify the real cardholder/ Paypal account holder. Should there be no response from the customer within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled automatically and the Paypal payment will be refunded to the customer's Paypal account.
Credit Terms
Credit Terms are available to corporate customers only after it has been reviewed and approved by our Credit Department. Pls email cust.svs@northrocksafety.com for more details.
Digital Coupons
Our electronic digital coupons may also be used during payment. Digital coupons will be issued with their own set of conditions and they are specific to each version of the coupon. Please refer to the specific terms that come with the usage of digital coupons.
Delivery & Collection
Local Delivery Only- Delivery within Mainland Singapore
Northrock Safety currently only offers delivery service throughout Mainland Singapore.
All delivery will be made during the Standard Delivery Hours (not inclusive of Public Holidays) listed below.
Standard Delivery Hours are from : 930am to 5pm (Mon-Fri)
If delivery timing beyond our standard delivery hours above is required, extra charges will apply depending on the distance and timing required. Pls contact our Customer Service Team +65 6396 9210 or email cust.svs@northrocksafety.com with your requirements.
If delivery is required to any of Singapore's islands, to anchorage or OPL (Off-port-limits), extra charges will apply depending on the distance and timing required. Pls contact our Customer Service Team at +65 6396 9210 or email cust.svs@northrocksafety.com with your requirements.
There will be a delivery charge of S$20 for orders below S$100 (before GST) to anywhere within Mainland Singapore during Standard Delivery Hours. Pls note that delivery charges are also subjected to GST.
If urgent delivery is required, pls also contact our Customer Service Team, pls kindly note that surcharges will apply.
International Delivery
We regret to inform that we currently only deliver to addresses within Singapore.
No delivery will be made outside Singapore or to post office boxes.
Wholesale Export
If you are a corporate wholesale international customer, pls kindly email our Export Department at export@northrocksafety.com with your requirements.
Our Export Department will be in contact with you within 2 working days.
Self-Collection
Pls self-collect the goods from our office at Block 803 King George's Ave #02-182 Singapore 200803 ( Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm).
Please bring along these items at the time of collection:
- The purchasing credit card, which should be in your name (unless otherwise permitted by us)
- The order confirmation email
- Payment confirmation receipt if payment has been made via credit card or Paypal.
Collection can be done within 1 working days after the confirmation of the relevant Purchase Order or the stipulated date in your purchase confirmation email during our office hours.
Goods must be collected within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Goods are ready for collection.
For Purchase Orders where no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled if you do not collect your purchases within 14 days of the stated date.
For Purchase Orders where full or partial payment has been received, Northrock Safety reserves the rights not to fulfil the Purchase Order should the Goods remain uncollected 14 calendar days after the stated date, and the order may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded.
Privacy Policy
When you submit any personal information on this website, we promise only to use it when it is needed to complete an order or delivery. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to any third party. If you would like us to remove your personal information from our database for your privacy, pls email us at security@northrocksafety.com with your request and we will have it removed asap.
Limitation of Liability
The terms and conditions establish the full extent of Northrock Safety's obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Goods and performance of any services in relation thereto and there are no other warranties, conditions or terms that are binding on us except as expressly stated herein. Northrock Safety shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Northrock Safety's maximum liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the price of the Goods paid by the buyer/user to Northrock Safety Equipment Pte Ltd regardless of any circumstances. No liability accepted for product alterations.
