Mode of payment includes:

• Credit Card payment (where you are the cardholder of that card or of the Paypal account)
• Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
• Cheque
• Bank Transfer

Paypal/Visa/Mastercard/Amex

We currently utilised the Paypal processing gateway for all credit card transactions. The security of your credit card information is paramount to us. Paypal offers a secure way to pay. You can opt to make payment either using your Paypal account or your credit card. On Checkout, you will be taken to a secured webpage on Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may supply credit card information to Paypal on the website and payment will be made through Paypal.

If your Paypal/Credit Card billing address and shipping address differ, or further information is needed from the user, we will email a credit card authorisation form, requesting a copy of photo ID (eg. driving license) and credit card copy to verify the real cardholder/ Paypal account holder. Should there be no response from the customer within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled automatically and the Paypal payment will be refunded to the customer's Paypal account.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

Northrock Safety Equipment Pte Ltd is a GST-registered company in Singapore and all supplies of goods and services will be subjected to the current GST rate.

Export of goods and international services are zero-rated.
